  Usually don't have a problem with this location. Staff has always been great until today. I understand mistakes happen, got grilled chicken sandwich instead of crispy. Didn't find out until I was home and Called to see if I could go tomorrow to get a remake. They want me to bring it up tomorrow so I'm out of dinner today and then whoever answered hung up on me. I'm not trying to get something for free. He didn't even apologize, and I feel like the bad guy for even calling about it.
