    Friendly staff and usually pretty good at price matching the competition. When they do not have an item in stock they ordered it for me and now keep that item regularly in stock. Their stock is limited to only a few quantities of an item so they have little overhead and storage. They do receive weekly shipments. Prices are a bit high but that is normal. The dog wash there is awesome and if you are a member (free); every 6th wash or so is free.
