  Today was our first time taking our puppy to Diamond Pet and let me say that it'll be our last time !! Our appointment was for 11 am, I called at 2 PM to see if she was done and she wasn't. Why make an appointment just to have the dog sit there for HOURS?? Sadie wasn't done until 3:30. How would you like to go to a doctor's office and sit there for 4 and a half hours??!! The haircut that Courtney gave her looks absolutely ridiculous. I wanted Sadie TRIMMED and she pretty much shaved her. I was so upset that I just paid and left. I really wish I would've complained to someone there, my fault. Never never take your pet here!!!
